Bockwurst with a topping



500 g potatoes
1 onion
1 red pepper
250 g courgettes
20 g butter
0,1 l vegetable bouillon
2 pcs Bockwurst
60 g yellow cheese
2 eggs
0.125 l milk
Black pepper, salt,
50 g bacon in slices


Wash the potatoes well and boil unpeeled. Prepare the vegetables in the meantime. Peel the onion and cut it in small cubes. Gut the pepper and cut it in cubes; slice the courgette. Heat the butter in a pot at a moderate temperature, add the vegetables and leave them to cook for a while. Add the bouillon, then cover and leave to cook at a moderate temperature for around 5 minutes. Slice the bockwurst. Put the boiled potatoes in cold water to cool, then peel them and slice them. Oil the floor of a baking pan and arrange the potatoes, bockwurst and vegetables.
Prepare the topping by mixing the grated yellow cheese, the eggs, the milk and the bacon chopped in small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Pour over the products arranged in the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes in the oven heated in advance to 200oС.
